Main Conference All-Access Pass

Admission to all Main Conference sessions (Friday & Saturday), all Keynote Speaker sessions, and all Networking Events. Includes breakfast and lunch, plus heavy appetizers at evening events.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Kick things off with two blocks of workshops the day before the full conference. Sharpen skills and dive deep into training during these extended sessions. Select one workshop from each block. Lunch and a break are included.

Guest Passes

Guest passes (to join a registered guest) MUST be purchased in advance. They are available for purchase during the registration checkout process. If you've already registered for the conference and would like to purchase guest passes, please email us.

Change of plans?

Modifying Registrations

Prior to March 3, email us to make any of the following modifications to an existing registration:

Update the name on an existing reservation
Update the contact information on an existing reservation
Update the ticket type of an existing reservation
Add Pre-Conference Workshops (based on availability) to an existing All-Access Pass

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Email us to cancel your registration.

Cancellation refund deadlines:

Full Refund: Cancel before December 4
50% Refund: Cancel before January 29
No Refund for cancellations after January 29—but registration may be transferred to another employee within your practice.

Registration Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another employee within your practice prior to March 3 or on-site free of charge.
