Welcome Reception

March 12 | 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. | Signia 19th Green

Join us as we kick off the conference with an amazing celebration among the palm trees and lush gardens surrounding the hotel grounds. Enjoy live music, delicious food, and refreshing beverages as you network with peers and catch up with the Nextech team.

How to get there: Take the walkway from the Floridian Ballroom through the Signature Island and to The 19th Green.

Final Celebration

March 14 | 7:00 p.m. - Midnight | Universal Studios

Cap off the conference with exclusive access to some of Universal Studios' most magical experiences. Start the night at your leisure with private access to Islands of Adventure. Then have a supernatural good time during our final celebration at Hogwarts Castle in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™.

When the park closes at 9 p.m., the party for Nextech EDGE goes on until midnight with an open bar and late-night snacks.

Event Admission

All Networking events are included in conference registration for attendees.

Attendees MUST have their Nextech EDGE badge to be admitted to any networking event.

For our final celebration at Universal Studios, you MUST:

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Have your Nextech EDGE badge & matching photo ID

Guest Passes

Guest passes are available for purchase during the conference registration checkout process.

If you already registered and need guest passes, you can either buy separately or purchase on-site at the conference.

Guests MUST have a guest pass to be admitted to each networking event.

Transportation

The Welcome Reception and Exhibit Hall Reception occur on-site at the hotel.

Round-trip bus transportation will be provided for the Final celebration at Universal Studios.
