TRAVEL

What airport should I fly into?

Orlando International Airport (MCO) has direct flights in and out daily from all major U.S. airports and is approximately 20 miles from the official conference resort.

What time should I schedule my flight to arrive?
  • For Main Conference All-Access Pass Attendees, we recommend arriving no later than 3 p.m. Thursday. This will give you time to check into the hotel, stop by registration to pick up your badge, and attend the Welcome Reception at 6 p.m.
  • For Attendees participating in any Pre-Conference Workshops, we recommend flying in Wednesday afternoon.

What time should I schedule my flight to depart?
  • The conference concludes with a special late-night celebration Saturday. We recommend scheduling your departure for Sunday.
  • NOTE: You can take advantage of the discounted group hotel rate up to three days prior and/or three days after the conference if you'd like to extend your stay!

Does the resort have an airport shuttle?

No. Signia by Hilton does NOT offer an airport shuttle, but Orlando International Airport has multiple ground transportation options available, including car rentals and widely used ride-share services.

What is the dress code?

Business casual. We recommend bringing a jacket as meeting rooms may be cold.

For server-based practices, we will not be able to make any software changes on-site unless remote access is already set up.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, complimentary internet will be available.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

What do I need to know about Pre-Conference Workshops this year?

Like so much of EDGE, our Pre-Conference Workshops have been reimagined this year. They are the exclusive home for hands-on, how-to product training. Select workshops will even qualify you for special certification. If this will be your first time at EDGE or if you are a returning attendee, here's what you'll take away and who should attend:

First-Time Attendees

  • Focused learning: Step-by-step training that shows you exactly how to use the product in daily workflows.
  • Practical tools: A workbook packed with “how-to” workflows and best practices you can take back and use immediately.
  • Confidence to succeed: Dedicated time with experts ensures you begin EDGE ready to get the most out of every session.
  • Who should attend: New administrators, billers, front desk teams and managers, patient care coordinators, and clinical staff who want a strong foundation.

Returning Attendees

  • Advanced deep dives: Sessions focused on reporting, workflow optimization, customization, permissions, compliance, and operations.
  • Certification opportunities: Select courses now offer certification, validating your skills and strengthening your professional profile.
  • Applied learning: Real-world scenarios and advanced take-home workflows in your workbook so you can implement changes right away.
  • Who should attend: Experienced admins, billing managers, practice managers, surgery schedulers, ASC leaders, and clinical directors ready to optimize and master workflows.
