Travel

What airport should I fly into?

Orlando International Airport (MCO), which has direct flights in and out daily from all major airports and is approximately 32 minutes from Coronado Springs Resort.

What time should I schedule my flight to arrive?

For an All-Access Pass, we recommend arriving no later than 3 PM Thursday. This will give you time to check into the hotel, stop by registration to grab your badge, and get ready for the kickoff Welcome Reception which starts at 7 PM.

If you're attending a pre-conference workshop Thursday, we recommend flying in Wednesday afternoon.

What time should I schedule my flight to depart?

The conference concludes Saturday at 3:30 PM. If you promptly collect your bags and head to the airport, you can catch a flight departing after 6:30 PM.

Note: You can take advantage of the discounted group hotel rate up to three days after the conference if you'd like to extend your stay!

Does the resort have an airport shuttle?

Disney World does NOT offer an airport shuttle, but has partnered with Lyft to maximize your time at the resort, with convenient designated Lyft pickup and dropoff location at the resort. Check out the transportation page for all available options.

Registration

What's included in my registration?
  • Breakfast, lunch, and evening event meals. For reference, IRS government per diem in 2025 for the area is $80/day.
  • All sessions on the main agenda Friday and Saturday.
  • Admission to keynote speaker sessions.
  • Both the Welcome Reception and After Hours Event.
Why do I need to register using a unique email?

It's required to create a unique login for the conference app you'll use to build your agenda. It also ensures all attendees receive meeting communication.

How do I update attendee registration information? 

You can email us to switch a registration to another employee in your practice prior to February 21.

How do I add a Pre-Conference Workshop to my existing registration?

Email our team! No fees apply, just pay the ticket price difference. Deadline to add is February 21 based on availability.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, cancellations prior to November 9 will receive a full refund. Cancellations from November 9- January 10 will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued after January 10, 2024. You can transfer your registration to another employee within your practice prior to February 21 free of charge.

Comfortable shoes attire are recommended for both evening events which a portion of take place outside. We advise you check the weather prior to arrival, as a jacket may be needed.

How do I purchase guest tickets?

Guests tickets are available for purchase during the registration checkout process. If you've already registered for the meeting and would like to purchase guest tickets, please email us.

Are kids welcome?

We leave this decision to parents. Both events are geared toward adults and include an open bar. If your guest is under 21, you will need to email us to let us know.

Meeting

What is the dress code?

Business casual. We recommend bringing a jacket as meeting rooms may be cold.

What do I need to bring?

Notebook and pen will be provided at registration. If you prefer to take notes electronically, feel free! Just pre-charge your device.

Can I access and make software changes during the meeting?

Absolutely! But not required. As a reminder, changes made will impact users back at the office who could be actively using the system. Also, if you are server-based, you will need remote access set up. We will not be able to assist with this on site.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, complimentary internet will be available.
